Port Arthur Memorial High School students launch business with $10K Texas A&M grant

PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Port Arthur Memorial High School students in the Life Skills and Titans in Transition 18+ programs launched a business Thursday funded by a $10,000 grant from Texas A&M University's Center on Disability and Development.
The TNT Shop, operated by students in the programs, held its opening ceremony from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The student-run business sells chocolate chip cookies and flavored lemonade.
