Trunk or Treat

🎃 Trunk or Treat! 🎃 Join us for a fun evening of Halloween treats and activities at the Bob Bowers Civic Center on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 6–8 p.m.! Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy trick-or-treating from decorated trunks. There will also be a special prize for the Best Costume! Sponsored by Port Arthur Police, Blue Santa and the City of Port Arthur.
