The Valero Port Arthur Refinery is located on the Texas Gulf Coast approximately 90 miles east of Houston and employs approximately 770 people. The refinery receives crude oil by rail, marine docks and pipelines. Products are distributed into pipelines and across the refinery docks into ships and barges.
Adjacent to the Valero Port Arthur Refinery is one of its two renewable diesel plants, which has made Valero the world’s second largest renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producer.
