Port Arthur EDC Board of Directors
The Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation is governed by a seven-member volunteer Board of Directors appointed by the Port Arthur City Council. The Board provides strategic leadership, establishes organizational policy, and oversees the Corporation's efforts to promote economic growth, business development, workforce initiatives, and community investment throughout Port Arthur.
The Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors meets on the first Monday of each month. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be rescheduled.
