4A GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS

All grant applicants are required to submit a letter of intent to the CEO prior to submitting a full application and supporting documents.

The letter of intent is a one to two page letter briefly describing the project and includes the following:

  1. Your organization and its experience in the field.
  2. What do you propose to do, state if project is for a new business or expansion.
  3. The amount of the grant request, how the funds would be used, the amount of the total project and other sources of funds.

A Phase 1 application must be submitted along with the letter of intent. You can mail, e-mail or fax the letter of intent and application to:
